We understand that sometimes an item may not be perfect. Our policy is designed to be fair while strictly adhering to hygiene standards for innerwear.

1. No Returns/Exchange on Innerwear (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the intimate nature of our products (Men’s Innerwear, Women’s Innerwear, Vests, Bras, etc.) and strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased, except in the following unavoidable circumstances:

  • Defective/Damaged Product:If the item delivered is physically damaged, torn, or non-functional.
  • Wrong Item Delivered:If the product delivered is different from the product you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or model).

2. Eligibility for Defective/Wrong Item Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange under the exceptions above:

  • You must notify us within 7 daysof delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same conditionthat you received it.
  • It must be in its original packagingwith all tags, labels, and hygiene strips intact.
  • A clear unboxing videois highly recommended and may be required to prove the product was received damaged or wrong.

3. How to Initiate a Return (For Eligible Items Only)

  2. Include your Order Number,a clear description of the issue (damage/defect/wrong item), and photographs/unboxing video of the item showing the fault.
  3. We will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product.

4. Inspection and Resolution

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be thoroughly inspected by our quality team.
  • If the defect is verified, we will offer you a replacementof the same item (subject to availability) or a full refund.

5. Refund Policy (Applicable if Replacement is not available)

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, or UPI) within 7-10 business daysafter the product has been verified and approved by our quality team.
  • Shipping Costs:The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
